We only collect what is genuinely needed to deliver our services:

• Contact details you provide — your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out our contact form.
• Project information — details you share about your business and project during our collaboration.
• Basic website analytics — anonymous data such as pages visited and time on site, to help us improve this website. No personal data is stored in this process.
• Business account access — when you choose to connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other business tools as part of a service we deliver for you.

Every piece of information we access is used for one purpose only: to deliver and improve the service you hired us for.

• To respond to your enquiries and discuss your project.
• To build, manage, and optimise the digital solutions we create for you.
• When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we access your business data strictly to set up, configure, and manage the tools we build for your business — nothing else.
• To send you relevant updates about your project. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

Some of our services involve connecting your business to Meta platforms — Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Messenger, product catalogues, and more. When you authorise this connection, here is what you need to know:

• We access your business accounts solely to build and manage the digital tools you commissioned — ad management, shop integrations, automated messaging, or catalogue synchronisation.
• Your access tokens and credentials are stored securely and are never shared with any third party.
• We only request the specific Meta permissions required for your project. Nothing more.
• All data that flows through Meta integrations belongs to you. We act on your behalf, as your trusted service provider.
• You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook Business Settings without losing your data.

We take data security seriously. Here is how we keep your information safe:

• All sensitive credentials (such as access tokens) are encrypted and stored securely.
• Access to your data is strictly limited to the Avanci team members working on your project.
• We never store raw personal messages or private user content beyond what is strictly required.
• Our systems are kept up to date with security best practices.
• Webhook communications are verified cryptographically before any data is processed.

This is non-negotiable. Avanci does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or business data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. The data you share with us exists exclusively to power your project. Full stop.

We keep your information for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period after, in case you need support. Once our engagement ends and you request deletion, we remove your data from our systems promptly. You are always in control.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data at any time.
• Withdraw any access you have granted us to your business accounts.
• Ask us what data we hold and how it is used.

If we ever update this policy, we will reflect the change in the date at the top of this page. We will notify active clients of any material change directly.
